This policy explains what information getcounterkit.com uses and the choices available to you. It covers this marketing website, not a merchant’s future branded customer app.

Information you choose to share

The demo form prepares an email in your own email application. CounterKit does not receive the form details until you review and send that email. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer your request and discuss the service.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Allow analytics,” this site may load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure page use and actions such as demo-button clicks, form starts, form submissions, FAQ opens, and scroll depth. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled. If you select “Not now,” Google tracking does not load.

Your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Clearing site storage also clears the saved choice.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Contact details are shared only with service providers needed to operate and respond to the business, or when required by law. We retain business inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
